Not new, previously handled/opened packages.Is the complete set as ordered.Well this product may be ok since it contains all basic replacement parts but unfortunately this kit was shipped with a defective battery. For anyone considering purchasing this I highly recommend making separate purchases since Amazons customer service is poor and will not refund my purchase(2days old). Three items were purchased and was told I need to return entire purchase in order for them to do anything. Needless to say I won’t be making anymore purchases through amazon!1 of the 2 chargers does not work and 1 of the 2 batteries will not stay charged for more than a few seconds. Don't buy this, the product quality is carp.I purchased this shortly after getting the Zuhafa T5. The batteries for my original Zuhafa T5 caught fire. Despite my proper care for the battery.software stinks
